Fontbonne University Visits WUT to Negotiate about the Cooperative Projects

Zhongnan online, September 12——On the afternoon of September 12, the dean of School of Business in Fontbonne University Linda Maurer Magrath and the director of International Affairs Office Rebecca Grant Bahan visited WUT and negotiated about the cooperative projects. The president assistant and dean of School of International Education professor Peng Yuanjie and the dean of School of Business professor Han Deming received them warmly and attended the conference. 

The two sides first introduced the basic situation of each school respectively. Then they discussed about the specific issues of “1+1” MBA program and “2+2” undergraduate project, including the requirements about language proficiency and academic performances, the arrangement of credits and curriculum, tuition fee, scholarship, the items of agreements and so on. Finally the two sides reached consensus on cooperation and the conference ended in a pleasant atmosphere.

Fontbonne University located in the center of St. Louis in State Missouri in central America was founded in 1923. It’s an excellent comprehensive university with picturesque scenery. Moreover, it’s a catholic university founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph and committed to cultivating all-round personnel and becoming the best catholic university in the Midwest. Fontbonne University was ranked as a first-class university in the list “America’s Best Universities” in the US News & World Report. It ranked 66th in the Midwest America in 2012 US News.
