Delegation from Westminster College visits WUT

Zhongnan Online, August 11th—On the morning of August 9th, Doc. James Edward Seidelman, vice president of Westminster College from America, and Doc. Wang Jin, professor in Economics and the Dean of Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business in Westminster College came to pay a friendly visit to Wuchang University of Technology. Prof. Zhao Zuobin, the president of Wuchang University of Technology received them warmly.


After visiting the campus and the new library, the guests were received in the antechamber on the six floor of the new library. Wu Kaisheng, the vice president of WUT, Peng Yuanjie, the president assistant, and the deans of all schools of WUT gave them a warm welcome. The two sides held friendly talks. Both introduced the development and experience of their own college and exchanged opinions on the future development and cooperation between the two colleges. Both sides expressed their hope to build a friendly cooperative relationship and to develop academic exchanges.


At last, Prof. Zhao Zuobin, the president of WUT and Doc. James Edward Seidelman, the vice president of Westminster College signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and both agreed to work out a more specific and detailed agreement on the cooperation between the two colleges.
